Our factory runs 60+ full-servo automated high-speed production lines across 3 manufacturing bases (Quanzhou HQ, Quangang, Nanping Jianyang) spanning 400,000+ m². Supported by a skilled workforce of 2,300+ professionals, we operate round-the-clock to fulfill large-volume export container orders seamlessly.

During production runs, random diaper samples are tested every 30 minutes for core tensile strength, leak protection under pressure, and liquid strike-through speeds. Only diapers passing 100% checkmarks are authorized for packaging.
Our specialized testing facility is equipped to conduct mechanical performance assays on every diaper configuration. We verify parameters including absorbency capacity, fluid penetration rates, backsheet tear resistance, and tape peel adhesion force to maintain export compliance.
